Dorsel (B.A.Z.) Ltd. was established in 1995 by Mr. Gabi Buganim, General Manager & CEO of Synel Group, and dealing in the field of yielding Real Estate.
The company is  active in locating and purchasing yielding assets, as well as initiating and developing projects in the yielding Real Estate field in industrial parks, characterized by an intensive development drive and high  demand. The Real Estate assets  owned by the Company are designated  for both heavy and light industry.

The Company has a daughter company in full control and ownership - Dorsel Raanana Ltd. -   which coordinates the Real Estate activities of non-approved factories. Dorsel (B.A.Z.) Ltd. is  certified as an "Approved Factory" and started trading on the TASE in April 2006.
